These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and buyers on ratnagems.com. By accessing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
2. Product Descriptions & Authenticity
Gemstones and Rudraksha beads are supplied with lab reports for authenticity verification.
We make no medical or supernatural claims. Our focus is strictly on gemological authenticity.
Any heat or color enhancements (e.g. Bangkok Pukhraj) are clearly disclosed on product pages.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices on ratnagems.com are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- Prepaid Online Payment: Processed through secure RBI-licensed payment gateways (Razorpay) supporting Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible Indian orders below ₹50,000. Products marked prepaid-only, including custom gemstone bracelets, are excluded. A non-refundable ₹100 handling fee applies to eligible COD orders.
- International Prepaid: All international shipments require prepaid checkout. COD is not available outside India.
