Scope of Our Policy
This policy applies to all orders for precious gemstones (Pukhraj, Neelam, Ruby, Emerald), semi-precious gemstones, original Rudraksha beads, and gemstone bracelets placed on Ratna Gems™. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping guidelines.
Shipping Locations & Timeframes
Delivered via priority express couriers (Delhivery & Amazon Shipping) with live tracking.
Shipped via express courier partners or India Post Speed Post for remote PIN codes.
Dispatched via international trackable couriers. Flat shipping shown at checkout: Sri Lanka ₹3,000 · United Arab Emirates ₹3,100 · Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain ₹3,300 · Saudi Arabia ₹3,500 · Japan ₹3,650 · United Kingdom & Australia ₹3,800.
United Kingdom orders require a minimum order value of ₹15,000. The minimum applies to the value of the gemstones themselves; shipping is charged separately and does not count towards it. No other destination has a minimum.
Shipping Methods & Security
We offer free express shipping on all orders within India, with no minimum order value.
Gemstones and lab reports are packed in sealed, tamper-evident, transit-insured boxes.
Order Processing & Live Tracking
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after gemologist quality check and box sealing.
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped, and is always available in the My Account section.
Requesting custom international GIA/IGI lab certification adds 7 days to processing.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
COD is available for eligible Indian orders only. Products marked prepaid-only—including custom gemstone bracelets—cannot be ordered with COD. International shipments also require prepaid checkout.
For otherwise eligible products, COD is available below ₹50,000 (a ₹100 handling fee applies). Orders of ₹50,000 or more require prepaid payment for safety.
PIN Code serviceability is verified at checkout. Non-serviceable areas can use online prepaid.
A ₹100 handling fee is applied to COD orders to cover cash collection processing.
International Orders & Customs Duties
We ship to United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Australia, Sri Lanka, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
International shipments are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Local import duties or VAT/GST levied by the destination country’s customs authority are payable by the recipient upon arrival.
