Yes. We sell only genuine, certified gemstones and original Rudraksha beads. Each product includes an authenticity certificate from an ISO-certified gem testing lab.

All gemstones include lab certificates from ISO-certified Indian labs. International certification from IGI or GIA is available on request (adds ~7–8 days).

Use the included lab certificate to cross-check details. We also back every item with a lifetime authenticity guarantee.

Yes. We stock premium natural gemstones and more affordable heated/treated stones (e.g., Bangkok Pukhraj/Neelam). Treatments are clearly disclosed.

Natural stones are not enhanced. Treated stones undergo processes (like heating) to improve color/clarity and are usually more affordable. We disclose all treatments.

We share product details but do not provide astrological advice. Please consult a trusted astrologer or Pandit ji for personal recommendations.

After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds in 2–3 business days. Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the amount.

It covers only authenticity of the gemstone/Rudraksha as certified by an ISO-certified lab. Physical damage is not covered.

We carry 1–14 Mukhi beads, rare Gauri Shankar, and Rudraksha malas, sourced from Nepal and Indonesia.
