All gemstones include lab certificates from ISO-certified Indian labs. International certification from IGI or GIA is available on request (adds ~7–8 days).

Yes. We stock premium natural gemstones and more affordable heated/treated stones (e.g., Bangkok Pukhraj/Neelam). Treatments are clearly disclosed.

Natural stones are not enhanced. Treated stones undergo processes (like heating) to improve color/clarity and are usually more affordable. We disclose all treatments.

Yes, COD is available for orders within India, subject to the following conditions:

• India Only: COD is not available for international orders. International customers must use prepaid methods (cards, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer).
• Order Value Cap: COD is available only for orders below ₹40,000. Orders of ₹40,000 or above require prepaid payment.
• Pincode Serviceability: COD depends on courier serviceability at your delivery pincode. If COD is not available for your pincode, you will be notified at checkout.
• Handling Fee: A ₹100 COD handling fee is added to all COD orders to cover additional processing costs.

If COD is not available for your order, please use cards, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer.

For orders shipped outside India, your country’s customs authority may charge import duty and/or VAT/GST at the time of delivery. These charges are levied by your government, not by Ratna Gems™.

We ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination. The courier (FedEx) will collect these charges at delivery or notify you beforehand.

Search for HS Code 7103 (precious/semi-precious stones) or 7101 (pearls) to find the applicable rates for gemstones.

For most international destinations (UAE, Australia, GCC), there is no minimum order amount. However:

• United Kingdom (UK): A minimum order value of ₹15,000 (approximately £135) is required for UK deliveries. This ensures cost-effective shipping and smooth customs processing for high-value gemstone shipments.

All international orders require prepaid payment — COD is not available for international shipments.

Our product prices include Indian GST only. For international orders, prices are export zero-rated (0% GST), meaning you are not charged Indian tax.

However, your country may charge import duty and/or VAT/GST when the package arrives. These destination-country charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Some countries (like UAE under CEPA) have 0% import duty on gemstones, so your total additional cost may be minimal. Refer to the rate table above for country-specific details.

Return/exchange within 7 days if unused, in original condition with packaging and certificates. See our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.

The customer covers return shipping costs and risk. Use a secure, trackable courier with insurance.

After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds in 2–3 business days. Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the amount.

What it covers: If, even after the 7-day return policy period has passed (due to a busy schedule or any other reason), you take your product for re-verification at a reputed laboratory and find it is not as per the description, you are entitled to:

• Full Refund of the purchase amount
• Reimbursement of Lab Testing Expenses (if invoice/receipt is enclosed with the returned product)

What it does NOT cover:

• Physical damage caused by customer use, wear, or mishandling
• Products that have been altered, treated, or modified by the customer
• Normal wear and tear from regular use

This guarantee is strictly for verifying that the gemstone or Rudraksha you received matches our product description and certification—not for damage caused by usage.

To claim the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, follow these steps:

1. Get your gemstone/Rudraksha tested at a reputed, certified gemstone testing laboratory.
2. Obtain a lab report stating the product does not match the description provided on our product page.
3. Contact our support team with the lab report.
4. Return the product along with:
   • Original box and packaging
   • Our original certificate
   • Original invoice/bill
   • Lab testing receipt/invoice (for expense reimbursement)
5. Upon verification, you will receive your full refund plus reimbursement of lab testing expenses.

We carry 1–14 Mukhi beads, rare Gauri Shankar, and Rudraksha malas, sourced from Nepal and Indonesia.

Yes. Every Rudraksha bead is certified by an ISO-certified laboratory for authenticity.
