• Invalid Claims: Without an unboxing video, claims regarding receiving the wrong, fake, or damaged product cannot be validated.

• Authenticity Guarantee: We provide a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee on all our gemstones and Rudraksha beads.
• Limitations: The guarantee covers the authenticity of the product only and does not cover any physical damage.

Procedure to Claim Authenticity Guarantee

2. Provide Original Documents: The original bill, box, and certificate provided at the time of purchase must be included with the return parcel.
