Scope of Our Policy
This policy applies to all orders for precious gemstones, semi-precious gemstones, certified Rudraksha beads, and gemstone bracelets placed on our website. By ordering from Ratna Gems™, you agree to these shipping guidelines.
Shipping Locations & Timeframes
We ship across India and to selected international destinations. Our standard delivery timelines are based on your location:
Metro Cities (India)
Estimated delivery: 6–7 business days
Orders to major metropolitan areas are delivered via reliable courier services with secure packaging and tracking.
Non-Metro & Remote Areas (India)
Estimated delivery: 8–9 business days
For other regions, delivery may be via courier partners and/or India Post where applicable.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
International orders are shipped via international express courier with end-to-end tracking. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders are prepaid only.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, holidays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Free Standard Shipping (India)
We offer free, fully insured delivery on all orders within India, with no minimum purchase. International orders include shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Express Air Delivery
For high-value orders (typically above ₹10,000), we can arrange express delivery for faster arrival, subject to serviceability.
Order Processing & Tracking
Order Processing (1–2 Days)
We require 1–2 business days for final quality checks and careful packaging before dispatch.
Real-Time Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.
Additional Certification
Requesting extra lab reports may extend processing by up to 7 days to accommodate documentation.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible orders within India, subject to the following conditions:
India Only
COD is available exclusively for deliveries within India. International orders are prepaid only (COD is not available).
Order Value Cap
COD is available for orders below ₹40,000. Orders of ₹40,000 or above require prepaid payment for security purposes.
Pincode Serviceability
COD availability depends on courier serviceability at your delivery pincode. If your pincode is not serviceable for COD, you will be notified at checkout and can use prepaid payment instead.
COD Handling Fee
A ₹100 handling fee is applied to all COD orders to cover additional processing and collection costs. This fee is displayed at checkout before you place your order.
International Orders
We ship internationally via international express courier with end-to-end tracking and transit insurance. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Payment: All international orders are prepaid only (COD is not available).
- Customs & duties: Any import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge.
- Tracking: Tracking details are shared after dispatch (email/SMS/WhatsApp).
- Delivery timelines: International delivery typically ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Note: International delivery timelines and charges may change due to fuel surcharges, peak seasons, destination restrictions, or customs requirements. Final charges are always shown at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, please document it with photos and contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.
