Yes, COD is available for orders within India, subject to the following conditions:
- India Only: COD is not available for international orders. International customers must use prepaid methods (cards, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer).
- Order Value Cap: COD is available for orders below ₹50,000 (no minimum). Orders of ₹50,000 or above require prepaid payment.
- Pincode Serviceability: COD depends on courier serviceability at your delivery pincode. If COD is not available for your pincode, you will be notified at checkout.
- Handling Fee: A ₹100 COD handling fee is added to all COD orders to cover additional processing costs.
If COD is not available for your order, please use cards, UPI, net banking, or bank transfer.

International Orders, Customs & Taxes
We currently ship to the following countries:

- United Kingdom — Minimum order value of ₹15,000 required

For orders shipped outside India, your country’s customs authority may charge import duty and/or VAT/GST before or at delivery. These charges are levied by the destination country, not by Ratna Gems™.
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless clearly stated otherwise. If applicable, local import duties or taxes may be collected by the courier or customs authority before or at delivery. These charges are not included in your checkout total.
Customs duty and destination-country taxes vary by country, product classification, order value, and the rules active on the date of import. For gemstones, customers usually need to check rates under HS Code 7103; for pearls, check HS Code 7101.
Please use your country’s official customs or tax website for the latest rate before placing an international order. We can share shipment details, but the final duty or tax decision is made by the destination-country authority.

Search for HS Code 7103 (precious/semi-precious stones) or 7101 (pearls) to find the applicable rates for gemstones.
For most international destinations (UAE, Australia, GCC), there is no minimum order amount. However:
- United Kingdom (UK): A minimum order value of ₹15,000 (approximately £135) is required for UK deliveries. This ensures cost-effective shipping and smooth customs processing for high-value gemstone shipments.
All international orders require prepaid payment — COD is not available for international shipments.
Our product prices include Indian GST only. For international orders, prices are export zero-rated (0% GST), meaning you are not charged Indian tax.
However, your country may charge import duty and/or VAT/GST when the package is processed for import. These destination-country charges are not included in our prices or checkout total.
Some destinations may have lower duty rates because of trade agreements or local tariff rules, but the final amount is decided by the destination-country authority at the time of import.
Returns, Refunds & Guarantees
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. For approved returns, we refund the eligible product amount after inspection.
- Item condition: Unused, unchanged, and in original undamaged condition.
- Must include: All original tags, lab reports or certificates, and packaging.
- Not eligible: Custom-made or personalized items.
- For damaged/incorrect claims: An unboxing video is required for quick verification.
- COD orders: The ₹100 COD handling fee is non-refundable.

In most cases, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If the return is due to our error (for example: wrong item or confirmed issue based on verification), Ratna Gems™ will bear the return shipping cost as per our policy.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days (if the product is eligible and unchanged). Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

- COD orders: The ₹100 COD handling fee is non-refundable.
- International orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method in INR.

The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee is designed for customer protection and covers whether your gemstone or Rudraksha matches the authenticity details described on our product page and report.
What it covers: If you get your product re-verified at a reputed gem testing laboratory and the report confirms that it does not match our product description, you may be eligible for:
- Refund of the eligible purchase amount
- Reimbursement of Lab Testing Expenses (if invoice/receipt is enclosed with the returned product)
What it does NOT cover:
- Physical damage caused by customer use, wear, or mishandling
- Products that have been altered, treated, or modified by the customer
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
This guarantee is strictly for authenticity verification, not for damage caused by usage.
To claim the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, follow these steps:
- Get your gemstone or Rudraksha tested at a reputed gemstone testing laboratory.
- Obtain a lab report stating the product does not match the description provided on our product page.
- Contact our support team with the lab report.
- Return the product along with:
- Original box and packaging
- Our original certificate
- Original invoice/bill
- Lab testing receipt/invoice (for expense reimbursement)
- After verification, eligible claims receive a refund plus lab testing expense reimbursement as applicable.
Authentic Rudraksha Beads
We carry 1–14 Mukhi beads, rare Gauri Shankar, and Rudraksha malas, sourced from Nepal and Indonesia.
Yes. Rudraksha beads are supplied with authenticity reports wherever applicable, so customers can verify the bead details with confidence.
