Shipping Locations and Timeframes
Currently, we offer shipping services within India. We aim to dispatch all orders within 6-7 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within:
- Metro cities: 6-7 business days
- Non-metro cities and remote areas: 8-9 business days

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. There are no additional charges for standard shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
Delivery Process
Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address. If you are unavailable to receive the package during these attempts, a notification will be left, and you may be required to arrange for re-delivery or pick up the package from a designated location.
Alternate Shipping Methods
In the event that courier services are not available in a customer’s area, Ratna Gems will send items through Government Registered Book-post or Speed-post.
Certification Requests
Additionally, if a customer requests IGI or GTL certification for their purchased stone, dispatch may be further delayed by seven working days.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
